Ava B. Zwolinski

Level: PhD

Role: PhD Candidate

My research interests include memory, cognition, and the interaction between emotional salience and memory for public events. My master’s thesis investigated metamemory beliefs among individuals and how these beliefs informed their reliability judgements for eyewitness testimony. Currently I am researching the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic on event memory and anchoring effects. My other interests include flashbulb memories, conspiratorial beliefs, and false memory.
